The Manager's Toolbox

Today's corporate leaders have to balance complex technologies, markets, costs, limited resources, environments, as well as competitive economic, organizational and human factors. Leadership skills and experience have never been more important in achieving optimal and speedy solutions to multi-faceted problems. This results-oriented seminar helps identify, assess and improve essential management skills such consensus building, decision making, problem solving, delegating, goal setting, managing multiple priorities and conflict management.

This is a flexible program and is customized for each organization. The introductory class requires approximately one day in length. For a more thorough and advanced learning experience, two and three-day classes are available.

Objectives
