Conflict Resolution
In today's complex world, conflict is inevitable. Conflict isn't necessarily bad or wrong - it means people have new or different ideas, opinions and outlooks - things that are crucial to a vital and profitable organization. However, conflict can make people uncomfortable, unproductive and resentful. If not handled properly, it can negatively impact morale as well as an organization's bottom-line. If conflict is managed productively and positively, it can lead to creativity, growth and profitability.
